As an O365 Home subscriber, I use my unlimited One Drive storage to store my files.These include my pictures, videos, music and documents. Microsoft released non-security patches for Microsoft Office yesterday.The first Tuesday of any month is Office patch day, or more precisely, patch day for non-security patches as security updates are still delivered on the second Tuesday along with Windows and other Microsoft product security updates.Clearing the update cache in Windows is easy, but not as straightforward as it should be.Though we can use the Disk Cleanup Utility, it may not clear the update cache completely, so we are going to use the manual method.

As it happens, in Office 2016, the Click-to-Run experience is actually quite nice compared to previous instances of it and while I’ve been running the preview builds of Office 2016, I certainly haven’t seen any issues with performance so I see no reason not to use Click-to-Run now given that if you ever decide to remove Office from the machine, it will leave you with a cleaner slate.
